办理入职手续需要注意事项：
1.办理入职手续的时候一定要在网上查询这家公司是否正轨：因为现在的公司多了去了，有的公司纯粹的就是私自开设个办公场所，然后吸引大量的人才。所以你必须要看好这家公司的营业执照等证件，以及法人证件。
2.签订劳动合同的时候一定要详细阅读细则：签订劳动合同的时候一定要详细阅读每一条，因为有的时候你可能只是觉得公司不错，然后就直接签署了合同，对立面的一些条款都不是特别的了解，所以一定要认真阅读劳动协议。
3.签订劳动合同的时候一定要注明身份证号：不管是你自己还是你们的老板，都必须要写清楚自己的身份证号，因为同名同姓的也有很多，仅仅签字无法有法律效力。
4.要是有什么不合法条款拒绝签订协议：要是公司有抵押，有扣押，有保管毕业证等行为，都是不符合劳动法的，所以你可以起诉这个公司，拒绝签订这样不公平的劳动协议，才能让你更好的得到合法权益。
5.合同上面要写清楚试用期，工资等情况：写清楚工资的发放情况，才能对自己的合法权益得到保护，到时候要是有欠薪或者不给支付薪水的情况发生，就可以拿着协议去打官司来赢得自己该得的费用。
