释义	法律分析：签一个合同可以同时有两个甲方的。合同是平等主体的自然人、法人、其他组织之间设立、变更、终止民事权利义务关系的协议，合同当事人至少是二人，但对人数上限在法律中没有限制性的规定，可以由二方、三方或更多的当事人来共同签订一份合同。在合同中有二个甲方的，除合同中有特别约定外，视为由这二个甲方共同来享有合同权利和承担合同义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同,受法律保护。依法成立的合同,仅对当事人具有法律约束力,但是法律另有规定的除外。
