问题	对公证处的处理不服，可否申诉？
释义	根据公证暂行条例第二十五条第二款和第二十六条规定，当事人对公证处的拒绝公证不服，或者认为公证员处理不当，可以向该公证处所在地的市、县司法行政机关或者是上级司法行政机关申诉。公证处或者它的同级司法行政机关、上级司法行政机关，如果发现已经发出的公证文书有不当或者错误，应当撤销。当事人虽然有申诉的权利，但要正确行使，不得歪曲或者捏造事实进行诬告，不得扰乱公证机关的正常工作秩序。该内容由张胜云律师和律说律答共创回答
