民事诉讼律师费由谁承担

法律分析：律师费通常都是委托人承担，通俗讲就是谁请律师谁付费，因为这是一份委托合同，你和律师是合同的双方，只约束你们双方。但是在部分案件中，比如合同当事人在合同中约定了律师费承担主体的，法院可以判决由败诉方承担。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国律师服务收费管理办法》第一条
为规范律师服务收费行为，维护委托人和律师的合法权益，促进律师服务业健康发展，依据《价格法》和《律师法》等有关法律法规，制定本办法。
