1、大巴车上超载了，保存证据，可向交警部门和运管部门投诉。2、一般每个汽车站都有相关的举报热线，可以拨打乘车的汽车客服电话进行举报大巴的超载行为。3、目前很多的交通部门也都有自己的微信、微博等网络平台，也可以在这些平台上提交自己的证据进行举报。
一、机动车载人应当遵守下列规定：
1、公路载客汽车不得超过核定的载客人数，但按照规定免票的儿童除外，在载客人数已满的情况下，按照规定免票的儿童不得超过核定载客人数的10%；
2、载货汽车车厢不得载客。在城市道路上，货运机动车在留有安全位置的情况下，车厢内可以附载临时作业人员1人至5人；载物高度超过车厢栏板时，货物上不得载人；
3、摩托车后座不得乘坐未满12周岁的未成年人，轻便摩托车不得载人。
二、乘坐机动车应当遵守下列规定：
1、不得在机动车道上拦乘机动车；
2、在机动车道上不得从机动车左侧上下车；
3、开关车门不得妨碍其他车辆和行人通行；

第一百二十条 民事权益受到侵害的，被侵权人有权请求侵权人承担侵权责任。
第一百八十三条 因保护他人民事权益使自己受到损害的，由侵权人承担民事责任，受益人可以给予适当补偿。没有侵权人、侵权人逃逸或者无力承担民事责任，受害人请求补偿的，受益人应当给予适当补偿。
第一千一百六十七条 侵权行为危及他人人身、财产安全的，被侵权人有权请求侵权人承担停止侵害、排除妨碍、消除危险等侵权责任。
第一千一百六十八条 二人以上共同实施侵权行为，造成他人损害的，应当承担连带责任。
