公司收手机算不算违法？
释义
法律分析：
公司未经法律法规授权随意没收私人财产是违法的，也构成了侵权。
如果公司的管理制度明确规定上班期间不得随身携带手机，必须放到行李间或者值班室。职工违反了规定，公司也应该以警告为主。对屡教不改的再施以处罚，但不是没收手机。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第二百六十七条 私人的合法财产受法律保护，禁止任何组织或者个人侵占、哄抢、破坏。
