合同单位变更补充协议
释义
补充协议对主合同补充太多的新约定，则该补充合同就难以称之为补充合同了。补充协议对主合同修改得太多，超过了适当的量，或补充协议对主合同的实质要件进行了较大的补充修改。比如对价格条款，技术标准，履约期限等约定进行了不利于其中一方的修改，这也不能称之为补充协议。这些补充和修改已经符合合同变更的要求，应该称之为合同变更。

第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。
第五百四十四条当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
