释义	债权是一种权利，通俗一点说就是别人欠你钱，你就对别人拥有债权；而债务是权一种义务，就是你欠别人钱，你就负有对别人还款的义务。比方，有人欠你2000元未还，你拥有债权2000元；你欠对方2000元未付给对方，你就对对方有2000元的债务。两者的区别是：债权是一种民法上的权利，即债权是得请求他人为一定行为（作为或不作为）的民法上权利。而债务则是一种民法上的义务。
