已抵押房产可以转让嘛?

已抵押房产可以转让。抵押期间,抵押人转让已办理登记的抵押物的,应当通知抵押权人并告知受让人转让物已经抵押的情况;抵押人未通知抵押权人或者未告知受让人的,转让行为无效。
法律依据:《城市房地产抵押管理办法》第三十七条规定,经抵押权人同意,抵押房地产可以转让或者出租,抵押房地产转让或者出租所得价款,应当向抵押权人提前清偿所担保的债权。
