自书遗嘱属于遗嘱中的特殊形式，《中华人民共和国继承法》第17条2款规定：“自书遗嘱由遗嘱人亲笔书写，签名，注明年、月、日。”根据这项规定，自书遗嘱的要求是：（1）须由遗嘱人亲笔书写遗嘱内容并签名；（2）须由遗嘱人亲自用笔书写遗嘱全文；（3）必须注明年、月、日，三项缺一不可。自书遗嘱并不需要见证人。但是，打印出遗嘱，然后只是签名，注明年、月、日，它的效力是有争议的，看具体情况而定，如果有相反证据证明该打印的遗嘱并非本人真是意思表示，很可能被认定为无效遗嘱。如果有数份遗嘱，经过公证的遗嘱效力最高；如果有数份经过公证的遗嘱，日期为最后日期的那份遗嘱效力最高。最好是能够自己书写，应该有个人的笔迹为证。以下是自书遗嘱范文，可根据自己的情况变通，且最好去公证一下：自书遗嘱范文：遗嘱人姓名:年龄:民族:户籍所在地:身份证号码:我在此立遗嘱，对本人所有的部分财产，作如下处理：(一)我自愿将下列归我所有的财产遗留给甲(应当是法定继承人之一)：(是房产的，写明权属证书号及房产地址、面积等详情是其他财产的，写明财产详情。)我遗留给甲的财产，属于甲个人所有。(二)我自愿将下列归我所有的财产遗留给乙(应当是法定继承人之一)：(是房产的，写明权属证书号及房产地址、面积等详情是其他财产的，写明财产详情。)我遗留给乙的财产，属于乙个人所有。本遗嘱委托丙(姓名、年龄、民族、户籍所在地、身份证号码)为执行人。本遗嘱一式二份，一份由本人收执，一份由委托执行人丙保存。立遗嘱人：(签名)年月日。
