释义	法律分析: 工伤保险是不能撤销的。如果用人单位为职工缴纳了工伤保险，职工可以依法享受相应的工伤保险待遇；但是已经缴纳的费用是不能退回或者撤销的。如果职工与单位解约后暂无新工作的，则工伤保险费会停止缴纳，但是也不会撤销。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国社会保险法》》第三十三条职工应当参加工伤保险，由用人单位缴纳工伤保险费，职工不缴纳工伤保险费。
