释义	是否要剃光头，我国法规对此没有明确的规定，但刑事拘留一般会要求剃光头的。因为一旦被刑事拘留，就会进入刑事诉讼程序，是一个漫长的过程。看守所为了方便管理和卫生，都要进行这样的要求。除一个月内出监的罪犯外，一律留寸发或光头，不准留胡须、长指甲；除有特殊生活习惯的少数民族罪犯外，女犯一律留齐耳短发，不得过颈，不准烫发、染发、戴假发、涂指甲、抹口红、戴首饰等。法律依据：《监狱服刑人员行为规范》第十条保持个人卫生，按时洗澡、理发、剃须、剪指甲，衣服、被褥定期换洗。
