释义	法律分析：简易程序是相对于普通程序来讲的，虽然程序上更为简易，但仍是一种较为完善的诉讼程序；而小额诉讼程序虽然从本质上讲是比简易程序更为简化的程序，但由于其对象和理念的特殊性，所以规定了一些特殊的制度程序。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百五十七条基层人民法院和它派出的法庭审理事实清楚、权利义务关系明确、争议不大的简单的民事案件，适用本章规定。基层人民法院和它派出的法庭审理前款规定以外的民事案件，当事人双方也可以约定适用简易程序。
