释义	法律分析：不能。公司不可以随便调岗，必须跟员工协商达成一致才能调，一般岗位都是写在劳动合同里的，调岗严格来讲就是调整劳动合同条款，因此原则上需要跟员工协商一致才能调。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
