释义	法律分析：一次性结清，辞职了，在办完离职手续之后，用人单位应当将一次性付清。如果单位拒绝结清，则属于违法行为。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第八条对完成一次性临时劳动或某项具体工作的劳动者，用人单位应按有关协议或合同规定在其完成劳动任务后即支付工资。第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
