释义	法律分析：孕妇可以请病假，但是休假的天数需要有医生的诊断书，不是自己想休多少天就可以请多少天。除了病假孕妇还可以休保胎假，其待遇与病假一样;怀孕七个月以上者，可以休产前假，时间大概在两个半月;通常产假的天数在九十天，若是多生一个增加15天产假。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第二十九条女职工在孕期、产期、哺乳期内，用人单位不得解除劳动合同。《女职工劳动保护规定》第四条不得在女职工怀孕期、产期、哺乳期降低其基本工资，或者解除劳动合同。
