释义	转继承不受次数限制。转继承人继承被转继承人应继的遗产，在法定继承中，为被转继承人应继承的被继承人的应继份额；若被转继承人为遗嘱继承人，其依合法遗嘱有权继承的遗产由转继承人承受。因此转继承不仅存在于法定继承中，而且存在于遗嘱继承之中。因为转继承发生在继承开始之后，无论法定继承人还是遗嘱继承人在此时都已经取得了遗产继承权，当他们此时死亡，其应继遗产份额都可转归其合法继承人继承。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百五十二条
