释义	法律分析：财产收益权是所有人通过财产的占有、使用、经营、转让而取得的经济效益。收益一般包括以赢利为目的而取得的经营性效益和不以赢利为目的而取得的非经营性收益。经营性收益必须是依法享有权利进行该项营业者在法定范围内的收益。在民法上收益主要是指孳息。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百二十一条天然孳息，由所有权人取得；既有所有权人又有用益物权人的，由用益物权人取得。当事人另有约定的，按照其约定。法定孳息，当事人有约定的，按照约定取得；没有约定或者约定不明确的，按照交易习惯取得。
