释义	当合同被确认为无效后，可以主张有过错的一方赔偿已经发生的实际损失。如果合同双方都有过错的，则根据双方过错的大小，应当分别承担相应的赔偿责任。法律依据《民法典》第一百四十六条，行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
