释义	专利申请的同时，申请文件的上交，可采用到专利局或专利局设在各地的九个代办处办理当面递交或以邮寄方式寄交。相关注意事项如下： 1.以邮寄方式递交申请文件的必须按照专利法的要求以挂号信函方式邮寄，保存好挂号凭证。以非挂号信函方式邮寄申请文件的，专利局将不予查询。 2.以包裹形式邮寄申请文件的，专利局将不予受理。 3.根据细则第119条规定，以邮寄方式递交专利申请的，每封挂号信函只能邮寄同一件专利申请的文件。
