释义	法律分析：打电话或发短信通知被起诉人的方式是非法的，法院不会用非法的送达方式送达传票。法定的传票送达方式有公告送达，直接送达，邮寄送达，委托送达，留置送达等，在送达的同时受送达人要签收，必须有送达回证。打着法院的名义打电话或发短信通知某人有法院的传票等情形都是行骗行为，不要去理会。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十四条送达诉讼文书必须有送达回证，由受送达人在送达回证上记明收到日期，签名或者盖章。受送达人在送达回证上的签收日期为送达日期。
