释义	法律分析：不可以，应当到庭的当事人拒不到庭接受法院调查的，经两次传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，法院可以拘传。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百零九条人民法院对必须到庭的被告，经两次传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，可以拘传。第一百一十六条拘传、罚款、拘留必须经院长批准。拘传应当发拘传票。罚款、拘留应当用决定书。对决定不服的，可以向上一级人民法院申请复议一次。复议期间不停止执行。
