释义	法律分析：被诽谤后,可以要求侵权人停止侵害、赔礼道歉、赔偿损失。如果协商不成,可以直接报警处理,情节较轻的,由相关机关接入调查，进行行政处罚，严重者，甚至达到犯罪程度，会拘留、罚款和坐牢等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十三条捏造事实诬告陷害他人，意图使他人受刑事追究，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制；造成严重后果的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。国家机关工作人员犯前款罪的，从重处罚。不是有意诬陷，而是错告，或者检举失实的，不适用前两款的规定。
