释义	法律分析：无人认领的尸体，由民政部门在本部门公众网和殡仪馆对外公告栏予以公告。自公告之日起满60个自然日仍无人认领的，殡仪馆可以对遗体进行处理。无人认领遗体火化后，自火化之日起骨灰保留2年，骨灰保留期满仍无人认领的，骨灰由殡仪馆负责处理。法律依据：《无人认领遗体处理办法》第八条符合本办法第二条第二款规定情形的尸体，由民政部门在民政部门的公共网络和殡仪馆的外部公告牌上公布。自公告之日起满六十日仍无人认领的，由殡仪馆处理。
