问题	父母可以和子女脱离关系吗
释义	由于父母子女是最近的直系血亲，其亲属关系是基于血缘形成的。自然血亲的亲属关系因出生而产生，因死亡而消灭。所谓消灭，是指法律上终止了权利、义务关系。既然在父母离婚的情况下都不能消除与子女的关系，那么，自然血亲的父母子女关系，也就自然不能通过法律手段人为地予以解除，也不能通过登报声明或双方协议而消灭，这种行为并不具有法律上的效力。但是，拟制血亲的父母子女关系，如养父母与养子女关系、继父母与继子女关系则可以通过协议解除。
