释义	法律分析：租房合同到期没有续签原合同继续有效。租赁合同到期后，双方未签订新的租赁合约的，但是出租人和承租人继续保持租赁关系的，原租赁合同继续有效，双方都要继续履行原合同的约定，但原合同的租赁期限会变为不定期租赁合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零七条租赁期限六个月以上的，应当采用书面形式。当事人未采用书面形式，无法确定租赁期限的，视为不定期租赁。
