释义	法律分析：自保件和正常的保险合同一样,您是保单的投保人就享有随时退保的权利，可以向人民法院起诉或者申请仲裁。法律依据：《中华人民共和国保险法》第十四条保险合同成立后，投保人按照约定交付保险费，保险人按照约定的时间开始承担保险责任。第十五条除本法另有规定或者保险合同另有约定外，保险合同成立后，投保人可以解除合同，保险人不得解除合同。
