释义	合同没到期不可以随意涨房租。房东恶意涨房租，违反双方签订的租赁合同约定的，承租人有权要求房东按照租赁合同约定的租金继续履行或者解除合同、并要求房东赔偿损失。若租赁合同到期后续签时，房东涨租，承租人可以选择不再与房东签订租赁合同。法律依据《民法典》第五百七十七条，当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。该内容由陈雷律师和律说律答共创回答
