释义	法律分析：依据我国相关法律的规定，公司进行债务重组的，债务重组的时间是没有具体规定的，如果是破产企业进行债务重整的，重整的期限一般为6个月内。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第七十九条债务人或者管理人应当自人民法院裁定债务人重整之日起六个月内，同时向人民法院和债权人会议提交重整计划草案。前款规定的期限届满，经债务人或者管理人请求，有正当理由的，人民法院可以裁定延期三个月。债务人或者管理人未按期提出重整计划草案的，人民法院应当裁定终止重整程序，并宣告债务人破产。
