释义	法律分析: 也称账面盘存制，就是通过设置存货明细账，对日常发生的存货增加或减少，都必须根据会计凭证在账簿中进行连续登记，并随时在账面上结算各项存货的结存数并定期与实际盘存数对比，确定存货盘盈盘亏的一种制度。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国会计法》第九条各单位必须根据实际发生的经济业务事项进行会计核算，填制会计凭证，登记会计帐簿，编制财务会计报告。任何单位不得以虚假的经济业务事项或者资料进行会计核算。
