释义	法律分析：商标上的图案不可以随意更改。商标使用时若想改变商标的图案、字体或形状,需要重新向国家商标局提交新的商标注册申请。如果不重新申请并将新的商标标样当做注册商标使用的，商标注册人在使用注册商标的过程中，自行改变注册商标、注册人名义、地址或者别的注册事项的，由地方工商行政管理部门责令限期改正；期满不改正的，由商标局撤销其注册商标。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法》第二十四条注册商标需要改变其标志的，应当重新提出注册申请。
