释义	法律分析: 简易程序不一定需要两次开庭。以具体情况而定，民事案件一般至少开庭一次，且应以查明案情为标准。但是至多开几次庭没有法律规定。人民法院适用简易程序审理案件，应当在立案之日起三个月内审结。《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百六十条基层人民法院和它派出的法庭审理事实清楚、权利义务关系明确、争议不大的简单的民事案件，适用本章规定。基层人民法院和它派出的法庭审理前款规定以外的民事案件，当事人双方也可以约定适用简易程序。
