释义	如果一个人拥有两个完全一样的身份证,没有任何影响;如果一个人拥有两个不同号码的身份证,必须注销其中的一个。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国居民身份证法》第三条居民身份证登记的项目包括：姓名、性别、民族、出生日期、常住户口所在地住址、公民身份号码、本人相片、指纹信息、证件的有效期和签发机关。公民身份号码是每个公民唯一的、终身不变的身份代码，由公安机关按照公民身份号码国家标准编制。公民申请领取、换领、补领居民身份证，应当登记指纹信息。
