释义	法律分析：对生死状效力可分为以下几种情况来认定： 1、生死状同中的阳合同因不体现当事人的真实意思而不发生法律效力。 2、阴合同是当事人的真实意思表示而认定为有效合同，阴合同只要内容合法，同样受到法律保护。 3、如果利用阴阳合同实施违法行为，或者以合法的形式掩盖违法的目的，则不仅伪装的阳合同无效，被伪装的阴合同也因内容违法而无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零六条合同中的下列免责条款无效：（一）造成对方人身损害的；（二）因故意或者重大过失造成对方财产损失的。
