释义	法律分析：依据我国企业破产法的规定，债务人向人民法院申请破产的，人民法院受理破产申请后，债权人在接到债权申报通知后，应该及时申报债权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第四十五条人民法院受理破产申请后,应当确定债权人申报债权的期限。债权申报期限自人民法院发布受理破产申请公告之日起计算,最短不得少于三十日,最长不得超过三个月。第四十六条未到期的债权，在破产申请受理时视为到期。
