释义	法律分析：著作权法规定的出租权适用于电视剧作品以及其他方面的作品。著作出租权是著作权人享有他人有偿使用作品及其作品复制件的权利。没有规定出租权，仅于该法的实施条例中规定出租是发行的方式之一。著作出租权作为一项独立的权利而存在，有其独立的主体、客体及内容，属于著作财产权的范畴。法律依据：《中华人民共和国著作权法》第十条第七项 (七)出租权，即有偿许可他人临时使用电影作品和以类似摄制电影的方法创作的作品、计算机软件的权利，计算机软件不是出租的主要标的的除外。
