释义	法律分析: 法律层面并没有关于共同生活的具体概念。一般司法实践中，共同生活指的是以夫妻的名义共同生活，且对外表现为公开宣告是夫妻。目前我国已经没有关于事实婚姻的说法，合法的夫妻应当进行婚姻登记。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
