释义	法律分析：无民事行为能力人订立的合同一般无效。合同有效要求订立合同的当事人具有民事行为能力，无民事行为能力人，不具有以自己的行为取得民事权利和负担民事义务的资格，不能产生法律关系发生、变更、消灭的效果，其活动应当由法定代理人监护人代为活动。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十四条无民事行为能力人实施的民事法律行为无效。第二十一条不能辨认自己行为的成年人为无民事行为能力人，由其法定代理人代理实施民事法律行为。八周岁以上的未成年人不能辨认自己行为的，适用前款规定。
