释义	法律分析: 不用一般不会交钱，但是每年一般会有10块钱左右的公摊钱。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国水法》第五十七条单位之间、个人之间、单位与个人之间发生的水事纠纷，应当协商解决；当事人不愿协商或者协商不成的，可以申请县级以上地方人民政府或者其授权的部门调解，也可以直接向人民法院提起民事诉讼。县级以上地方人民政府或者其授权的部门调解不成的，当事人可以向人民法院提起民事诉讼。在水事纠纷解决前，当事人不得单方面改变现状。
