释义	法律分析：劳动合同到期，劳动者不续签的，单位不支付经济赔偿；如果是单位提出不续签，单位应当向劳动者支付经济补偿；单位降低劳动条件续签劳动合同，劳动者拒绝续签的，劳动者可以向单位主张经济补偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十五条劳动合同期满，有本法第四十二条规定情形之一的，劳动合同应当续延至相应的情形消失时终止。但是，本法第四十二条第二项规定丧失或者部分丧失劳动能力劳动者的劳动合同的终止，按照国家有关工伤保险的规定执行。
