释义	法律分析：有限公司股东去世后股权由其合法继承人继承，但是如果公司章程另有规定的，则需要遵循公司章程。所谓合法继承人是指股东的配偶、子女、父母；兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母。继承时先由配偶、子女、父母继承，因为他们是第一顺序继承人，如果没有第一顺序继承人的，则由兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母继承。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第七十五条自然人股东死亡后，其合法继承人可以继承股东资格；但是，公司章程另有规定的除外。
