释义	离婚后给孩子抚养费是合理的，但给前妻抚养费是不合理的。离婚后虽然对于孩子父亲仍具有抚养义务，但是对于前妻婚姻关系解除后，双方之间相互扶养的义务就也消除了，因此不需要给前妻抚养费。之前给前妻的抚养费属于夫妻共同财产的，可以要求返还。法律依据《民法典》第一千零五十九条，夫妻有相互扶养的义务。需要扶养的一方，在另一方不履行扶养义务时，有要求其给付扶养费的权利。
