释义	1、诉讼代理人代为出庭一般有以下情况，原告可以不出庭：(1)原告不能表达意志;(2)原告因身患重病、自然灾害等客观原因无法出庭，并提交了书面意见。2、按自动撤诉处理如果原告本人不出庭，法院将作为撤诉处理。而撤诉后的6个月内，原告无权就同一理由再次起诉离婚。3、被告反诉，缺席判决《民事诉讼法》规定，原告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭允许中途退庭的，可按撤诉处理，被告反诉的，可以缺席判决。法律依据《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十三条
