办营业执照几点下班？ |

法律分析：工商局下午两点上班，周五下午上班。工商局周一到周五上班，周六周日休息，当然法定节假日除外。办理营业执照的流程如下：
1、本人身份证及复印件（外来人员另需要暂住证及复印件）。
2、经营场所的房屋租赁合同或者房产证及复印件。
3、本人一寸免冠彩色照片两张。
4、如果是国有和集体企业下岗事业人员，特困户。还需要带上失业证、失业人员优惠证、特困证等及复印件，这样可以依照国家有关规定享受减免管理费的政策优惠。
5、从事饮食、化妆品等特殊行业的还要准备健康证件等及复印件（涉及前置审批行业需提供审批意见）。
携带上述文件到当地所属的工商所，向工作人员说明要办理那一类的营业执照。检验过有关文件后，工作人员会给表格要填写。
法律依据：《城乡个体工商户管理暂行条例实施细则》 第十四条 营业执照及其副本和临时营业执照不得转借、出卖、出租、涂改、伪造。对个体工商户转借、出卖、出租、涂改营业执照及其副本和临时营业执照的，没收其非法所得，可以并处5000元以下的罚款，情节严重的，应吊销营业执照及其副本或临时营业执照。对持假营业执照或假营业执照副本、假临时执照经营的，应没收其假照和非法所得，可以并处一万元以下的罚款，对构成犯罪的，交由司法机关追究刑事责任。
