释义	法律分析：目前普通朋友是不能帮其委托律师的，除非有委托。建议可以与公安协调，帮其找好律师后带去看守所与你朋友直接签订委托关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第三十三条对代为委托律师有严格的限制：犯罪嫌疑人、被告人在押的，也可以由其监护人、近亲属代为委托辩护人。只有本人及近亲属可以委托，朋友不可以。第一百零六条第一款第（六）项刑事诉讼中的近亲属包括夫、妻、父、母、子、女、同胞兄弟姊妹。
