（七）严格落实明码标价规定。停车设施经营者要严格落实明码标价制度，在经营场所显著位置设置统一标价牌，标明停放服务收费定价主体、收费标准、计费办法、收费依据、投诉举报电话等，广泛接受社会监督。
（八）健全市场价格行为规则。要加强停车服务收费市场行为监管，对交易双方地位不对等的，要通过指导双方制定议价规则、发布价格行为指南等方式，合理引导经营者价格行为，维护市场正常价格秩序。
