释义	国家已经发了通知要求禁止收取暖气开口费,暖气开口费是行业内形成的约定俗成的收费项目,目前没有规定收费标准。国家曾经要取消该项收费,但在实际执行中无法落实。一．暖气接口费的国家规定凡居住在授时中心本部和蒲城授时部住宅楼、集体宿舍等，享受中心集中供暖的所有住户，均应按规定交纳取暖费。取暖费的收取标准为每建筑平方米每月2.5元，每个采暖季按四个月计算。集体宿舍收取标准为每人每采暖季300元。
