医院网上预约挂号需要身份证。就诊当天，请用户凭预约序号在医院规定的取号时间内，前往医院预约挂号窗口凭身份证(儿童患者需提供家长身份证)直接办理，并缴纳医院规定的挂号费、诊疗费等费用，超过取号时间预约自动作废。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千二百二十八条 医疗机构及其医务人员的合法权益受法律保护。干扰医疗秩序，妨碍医务人员工作、生活，侵害医务人员合法权益的，应当依法承担法律责任。
