我是买2手房分期交了首付款房子过到了我的名了但贷款还没下来我可以撬锁进去 -法律知识

不管贷款有没有下来，既然已经是过户到名下了，当然可以住到这房子里去。
不过可能因为钱还没付清，所以原来的房东还并没有搬出这个房子，那么，这样的话，只有和原房东去商量，看是否可以在银行贷款没下来这段时间，就让住进去，如果前房东同意，那么完全没问题啊，直接可以入住了。
