释义	法律客观：《最高人民法院关于适用中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》的解释》第四百零七条人民法院经再审审理认为，原判决、裁定认定事实清楚、适用法律正确的，应予维持；原判决、裁定认定事实、适用法律虽有瑕疵，但裁判结果正确的，应当在再审判决、裁定中纠正瑕疵后予以维持。原判决、裁定认定事实、适用法律错误，导致裁判结果错误的，应当依法改判、撤销或者变更。
